The company is a leading player in shaping the future or recorded music with the ability to create innovative solutions to the issues the music companies now face as well as embracing new services and distribution platforms.
As a member of the regional management team for Continental Europe the HR Director will be responsible for driving the HR agenda across the 19 territories. Partnering with the country leadership teams to develop a clear people strategy that mirrors the company’s business strategy and links to the overall regional strategy.
This role has a strong focus on business development, M&A and developing future skills and leadership capability. The successful candidate will relish the diversity of working across the territories; understand the challenges from an industry context and how consumer trends are evolving as well possessing strong influencing skills, commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate value add at a senior level.
A Human Resources professional you will have the drive and commitment to take the initiative and a pragmatic approach to addressing problems. The ability to build strong working relationships and to see things from your customers’ perspective will be essential components of your influencing skills.
