Head of Executive Talent Resourcing

Our client is a leading UK-based financial services group, providing a wide range of banking and financial services in the UK and overseas.
They are currently looking to recruit a Head of Executive Talent Resourcing. It will provide opportunities for challenge and growth and the opportunity to work with other highly skilled HR professionals in a positive environment. Future career opportunities are excellent.
Reporting to the Director of Organisation, Talent & LD, who in turn reports directly to the Group HR Director.
Key Result Areas
- To lead and manage Executive Resourcing requirements for the Group.
- To ensure that all senior hires are resourced consistently in alignment with the Group Resourcing and Talent Strategy.
- To provide best practice guidance and consistent advice to hiring managers on key appointments.
- To drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain the company as the employer of choice.
Candidate Profile
- Strong commercial awareness with experience and ability in understanding complex and diverse business requirements.
- Experience and ability in building strong working relationships and influencing at Executive Leadership level.
- Experience and ability in leading teams.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the wider global HR environment.
- Knowledge and practical experience of performance management, budgeting, workforce planning, project and change management.
- Knowledge and understanding of current social, economic, political and legal trends.
- Experience of a range of selection and assessment tools and methodologies.
- Extensive executive resourcing experience within financial services sector.
