Head of HR
We are seeking for an outstanding professional who is looking for a challenging operational HR role in a fast growing and fast moving business.
Activities will include:
· Take on the lead as HR Manager for the whole employee life cycle from entry to departure including staffing planning, succession planning, HiPo development and tracking for the London office
· Lead the recruitment process
· Drive talent acquisition and management
• Drive and contribute to talent identification, development and management in Noble’s operations in the UK
• Insure continuous relationship management with European key universities
• Act as expert on UK employment law aspects
· Lead local training initiatives and contribute to and execute global initiative
· Support business in defining organisation structures
· Act as key ambassador to develop the Noble culture
· Deputise the HR Director Europe & Africa to whom the role reports to
We are very hands-on. Flat hierarchies, no bureaucracy as well as fast growth require creativity, flexibility and initiative.
The must have’s are:
· MBA ideally combined with a law degree
· Fluent in English plus at a minimum one additional language (French, Spanish, Portugese)
· High intellectual capacity
· 8+ years experience in an operational HR role gained in an international environment
· Solution driven
· Adaptive to rapid change
