This is a senior position with an international focus. Covering all areas of Compensation and Benefits, the remit will include strategic and operational aspects. Effectively a sole contributor role. The main focus of the role will be to support the Head of Global HR in the development of performance/reward strategy, policy and process, in addition to supporting the HR Business Partners as the “go to” person for performance and reward matters.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Head of Global HR in the development of performance/reward strategy and policies globally.
- Support Head of Global HR in the management of partner remuneration.
- Develop performance/reward handbooks and communications materials.
- Manage compensation structure and incentive schemes globally.
- Manage global employee benefits programmes including pensions.
- Manage salary survey and compensation review processes.
- Management of relevant vendors/advisers.
- Management of performance/reward modules of HR Management Systems.
- Provide expertise and consultative services to HR team and the business.
Candidate Profile
- Knowledge and experience of international compensation and benefits practices – specifically, emerging markets – and extensive knowledge and experience of UK compensation and benefits practices.
- Experience of full compensation and benefits (including pensions) management.
- Performance management experience, for instance management of performance management systems and processes.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Private equity or investment/corporate banking experience.
- HR Management System experience and expertise.
- Analytical, precise, strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Service orientation and mindset.
- Achievement driven, productive and pragmatic.
- Team player.
- Good interpersonal skills.
