HR Business Partner – Commercial Division
West London/Home Counties, £60k + bonus + benefits + car
Our client is the world’s largest vehicle management and leasing provider with operations in 29 countries. They have a portfolio of clients that include FTSE 100 corporations through the SME population and the public sector.
The recent appointment of a new HR Director has resulted in an HR restructure. Business partners now support business leaders to ensure the people agenda enables continued business performance.
As HRBP Commercial you will report to the Commercial Director and be responsible for a team of business-to-business sales professionals.
Key Result Areas
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with line managers
- Provide pragmatic, business focussed employee relations advice to Brand Managers
- Assist managers maximising the performance potential and development of their staff
- Design and deliver cost effective workforce planning strategy in order that the business has the right people doing the right jobs
- Act as co-owner and contributor to each brand’s strategic plan
- Support and contribute to the organisation’s people strategy
- Communicate and embed the organisation’s people strategy into business brands
Candidate Profile
- Graduate calibre with a clear understanding of all elements of Human Resource management including employee relations, performance management, management development and recruitment
- High level of commercial awareness and ability to design and implement pragmatic, business led people solutions
- First class interpersonal skills – ability to build solid professional relationships with internal stakeholder community
- Resilient and adaptable, with experience of working in a growth or change led business environment
- Project management experience
