Senior Consultant
Debbie gained a Masters degree from Stellenbosch and went on to qualify as an Occupational Psychologist. She brings extensive recruitment and operational HR experience to Strategic Dimensions.
Debbie's early career was spent in Retail, working for Pep Stores, the largest clothing retailer in South Africa, focusing on specialised recruitment and organisational development activities.
Her UK HR career began in Senior Management recruitment at AXA Insurance, after which she moved into an OD role with Sainsbury's before joining Novar Plc to run their Resourcing & Development operations.
Debbie brings a wealth of HR management and operations experience to her role as Senior Consultant with Strategic Dimensions.
