Steve Wing

Steve is a graduate member of the Institute of Personnel and Development with extensive experience in corporate and consulting roles, primarily in the financial services sector where he has held a number of senior level HR and business positions.
Prior to joining Strategic Dimensions Steve was Head of Performance at an International HR consulting group.
He spent his early career in financial services holding a variety of senior HR and business roles before specialising in Talent Management and Learning and Development.
Steve has worked internationally and his wide range of experiences in HR include chairing European Works Councils and delivering executive development programmes around the world.
Steve recruits at senior level across all sectors.
