Mike Haffenden
Director
With a degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate qualification in HR Management, Mike is a founding partner of Strategic Dimensions and is also a Director of the Corporate Research Forum (CRF) and the Performance and Reward Centre (PARC).
Prior to establishing his consultancy interests through the foundation of Strategic Dimensions, Mike was HR Director at Hewlett-Packard, and held senior positions at Unilever, Rowntree and Avon cosmetics.
Mike has successfully recruited talented individuals into senior positions in FMCG, chemical and hi-tech businesses, in the UK, mainland Europe and the US.
In addition to his directorships with Strategic Dimensions, CRF and PARC Mike is also a Director of Devonshire House, the leading senior management forum.
