Paul Wesley
Director
Paul has extensive experience of working with clients in the Public Sector, Telecoms, Retail, FMCG and Financial Services industries. He has completed assignments across the full spectrum of HR roles at a variety of levels. He is a Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
A graduate of Warwick Business School, Paul spent his early career in operational HR and management development roles within Scottish Courage, Friends Provident and Boots.
Paul moved on to join Allied Domecq, progressing through a variety of pan-European roles, including HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe and European Talent Director. After completing a qualification in Occupational Psychology, he joined a business psychology consultancy, specialising in talent management, the assessment and development of ‘high potentials’ and the assessment of senior executives.
Since joining Strategic Dimensions Paul has worked with clients in the Public Sector, Telecoms, Retail, FMCG and Financial Services industries.
