Strategic Dimensions was established in 1995 to fill a clear market need for talented HR practitioners across all disciplines. We place senior HR professionals into a range of business sectors in the UK and internationally and have established an unrivalled network across the HR community and with consultants, businesses leaders and academics. 

Recognising that the world is very different today, we work hard at understanding the changing business landscape and ensuring that we are in tune with the issues facing our clients. Client and candidate care is our primary concern and the endorsements we have received over the years are testament to our focus on exemplary service levels.

Through our sister organisations – Corporate Research Forum (CRF) and Performance and Reward Centre (PARC) – we combine our industry experience with an active involvement in the development of advanced recruitment, performance, management and reward practices.
