We identify, engage, and understand the talent that our clients require to meet both present and future needs. We hold a principle that good people know good people. Our extensive and continually evolving networks within the international HR, broader business and academic communities are critical to our success in completing projects. We perform by exploring and understanding our clients’ needs, taking time to assess culture, organisational context and the commercial requirements of a new hire.
We use our HR and broader business networks to source the strategically important talent our clients need. We invest time to understand and clarify the contribution and impact required from a new hire as well as the business’s culture and operational context. Our projects are successful because we ensure a foundation of insight and knowledge for each search and are capable and equipped to attract the best HR talent internationally.
Leveraging our network of interim HR talent, we support clients in sourcing and engaging the talent they need for immediate resource requirements. Our extensive and diverse talent pool enables our team to meet client demands in a short search time frame. We invest time and energy in understanding what talent is available, for how long, in what context they are most effective and on what terms. The interim talent we present will have an evidenced and referenced track record of effective delivery.
We help our clients understand the best HR talent in the marketplace and create talent pools or external succession pipelines for prospective roles. This can enable a quick start for a future search or the collation of insight and evidence in support of decision making on talent or organisational change.
The team at SD is committed and long-established, with a track record to match. Many of us have worked in HR and other commercial roles prior to joining.
